Refund & Cancellation Policy

01 Before Work Begins
If you cancel before development starts, we will refund your payment, less any lawful, reasonable costs already incurred and agreed to.
02 After Work Begins
If you cancel during development, we will assess the work already completed and refund any amount due to you under our agreement and South African law.
03 Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel your monthly subscription before the next billing date. Future payments will stop. Refunds for previous payments will be considered according to the services provided and applicable consumer rights.
04 Problems With Our Services
If a service is not delivered as agreed, please contact us. We will work to correct the problem or provide an appropriate refund or remedy where required by law.
